A little closing-day nervousness is completely normal. By now the hard part is behind you — this is the celebration.
Shortly before closing you'll do a final walkthrough to confirm the home is in the agreed condition. At closing you'll review and sign the documents, bring your down payment and closing costs, and the home officially becomes yours. Then you get the keys — welcome home.
