My Journey · Selling
The finish line. Final paperwork, a handoff of the keys, and your proceeds on the way.
It's normal to feel a mix of excitement and stress at the finish. Everything's handled step by step — you're almost there.
At closing you'll sign the deed and closing documents, settle any remaining costs, and transfer ownership to the buyer. Once everything records, your proceeds are disbursed — typically by wire — and the home is officially sold. Your agent makes sure every document and deadline is handled.
