My Journey · Selling
With the right offer in hand, you'll negotiate the final details and make it official by signing the purchase agreement.
Negotiating can feel tense, but you're not doing it alone — your agent advocates for you and keeps the deal on track.
You and the buyer settle on price, closing date, what (if anything) conveys, and how to handle contingencies. Once both sides agree, you sign the purchase agreement and the buyer deposits earnest money. From there, key dates begin for inspection, appraisal, and the buyer's financing.
