Report a correction
If a page appears inaccurate, send enough detail for us to identify the source record and reproduce the issue.
What to send
- The full page URL.
- The specific fact, field, or statement that appears wrong.
- A current authoritative source, if one is available.
- The date and time you observed the issue.
Email hello@kaivira.com with “kAIvira correction” in the subject line. Do not include account passwords, financial records, or other sensitive personal information.
What happens next
We compare the report with the responsible data source. MLS-originated changes may need to be corrected by the listing participant before they flow through the feed; site-authored errors can be corrected directly and reviewed for similar occurrences.
