Standards
Editorial policy
Our durable location and market pages must be useful, attributable, and reviewable. Search visibility is never a substitute for factual support.
Sources and review
- Property facts and status come from MLS records unless a different source is labeled.
- Durable facts about a city or county require identified first-party or government sources.
- A location page remains outside search indexes until a named reviewer records approval.
- Time-sensitive statistics include their period or data timestamp whenever they are displayed.
Claims we avoid
We do not publish unsupported claims that an area is the “best,” “safest,” “top-rated,” or “most desirable.” We do not promise search rankings, investment returns, school outcomes, or future property values.
Automation and AI
Automation may help organize listing data or draft working material, but it does not waive the source and human-review requirements for indexable editorial pages. AI-generated assertions are not treated as sources.
