Touring, saving, alerts and reaching a real person — what happens at each step, what lands in your inbox, and what it costs. If something here does not match what you see on screen, tell us: this page is meant to describe the site as it actually behaves.
Save the homes you want to see, open Saved, tick the ones for this visit and choose Schedule tour. Pick a day and time, add anything your agent should know, and send it.
You can put up to 6 homes on one tour, and book up to 30 days ahead.
You need an account to request a tour. That is not a marketing gate — a tour is an appointment with a real person at a real address, so it has to belong to someone we can reach.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Sending the form creates a request. Your agent has to accept it before it is a real appointment.
You get an email straight away confirming we received the request — it says “requested”, not “confirmed”, and it deliberately carries no calendar invite. When your agent accepts, a second email arrives with the calendar invite attached. Please do not drive out to a home until you have that second email.
We email you. If your agent declines, you get a message saying so and inviting you to pick another time — you are never left refreshing a page. And if the date is getting close while the request is still unanswered, we email you about that too, with a phone number, rather than letting it go quiet.
You choose. Pick an agent from the agents page and that choice is recorded and sent through to our team, so the person you picked is the person who picks up your request. If you have not chosen anyone, the request goes to whoever is available.
Yes. Tennessee requires a signed Agreement to Show Property before an agent can show you homes. It takes about thirty seconds, costs nothing, and covers that visit only — it does not commit you to working with us.
Once your tour is confirmed you get a secure link to sign online. The link is good for 7 days; if it runs out, use Resend signing link on your Tours page rather than calling anyone. If you would rather not sign online, your agent brings a printed copy to the first stop.
Only if you tick the box when you book. If you do, you get one text about an hour before the tour starts with the first address. Reply STOP to any of them to stop all texts. Email confirmations arrive either way.
Yes — open Tours, where every upcoming tour has Cancel and Reschedule. Your agent is notified, and so are you: we email you a confirmation of the cancellation or the new time, so you are never left wondering whether it went through.
Yes. The booking form has a co-buyer email field — your agent includes them in the tour. There is also a tick box to invite them into your search, so you share saved homes and notes instead of texting links back and forth.
Your agent is alerted before the visit if a home on your list goes under contract or sells, so they can adjust the route and tell you. The rest of the homes stay on the schedule. On search results and listing pages, homes in this state are labelled Under contract.
Yes. Tapping a heart works whether or not you are signed in, and tapping it again removes the home — it will not shove you into a login screen halfway through browsing.
The honest limitation: without an account those saves live in this browser on this device only. Save eight homes on your laptop and your phone will not have them. We tell you that on screen rather than letting you find out. Sign in and everything you saved comes with you.
Signed out, you can keep up to 100 homes. If you reach that you get a notice — nothing is dropped silently.
Set your filters on search, then save the search. A saved search can email you the moment something matches, or once a day, once a week, once a month — or never, if you just want the search kept.
You can change or switch off any of it later: each saved search has its own setting, and your profile has separate switches for new-listing alerts, the morning digest, and email from us in general. Every alert email also has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Turning marketing email off never stops the mail you actually need — tour confirmations, cancellations, signing links and account security messages keep arriving, because those are answers to things you asked for.
Yes. Select homes from Saved and open the comparison to see them next to each other, including estimated monthly cost. Comparisons can be named, pinned and shared with whoever you are buying with.
Every listing has Ask about this home. It works on a phone and on a computer, and it is a real message: it creates an enquiry against that address that lands with an agent. It is not a form that thanks you and disappears. We aim to reply within one business day.
Call 865.368.0030, email robbie@kaivira.com, or use the contact page. All three reach the same people, and the contact page tells you what to expect back and when.
Nothing. Touring, saving, alerts and asking questions are free, and there is no subscription. Agents are paid out of the transaction when you buy, and your agent will walk you through exactly how that works before you commit to anything.
Start with a home value report — the estimate agents would call a CMA. You get a value range with the confidence level and the sales behind it, and you can ask an agent to turn it into a full report whenever you want. How selling works walks through the whole thing.
